Second Strike Overview
Second Strike from Quickspin combines other and fruit themes with a competitive 96.51% RTP and High volatility.
Second Strike is a 5x3 slot with 10 fixed paylines, featuring classic fruit symbols including cherries, lemons, watermelons, bells, stars, and high-value diamonds. Released by Quickspin in 2015, gameplay centers on standard spins where wins trigger the core Second Strike feature: an outer wheel populated by game symbols lights up positions matching the winning symbols and spins a marker. Landing on lit positions adds 6, 8, or 10 extra instances of that symbol randomly to the reels, potentially creating additional winning combinations on the same spin. Multiple wins on a spin activate multiple wheel segments, increasing chances for extras. Bets range from 0.10 to 100.00, with no free spins, wilds, scatters, or other bonuses, emphasizing simplicity and high volatility for big-win potential up to 7144x. Visual style is elegant and retro, with clean graphics suiting desktop and mobile play. It stands out through the wheel mechanic's ability to amplify single-spin payouts without complex layers, differing from feature-heavy contemporaries.
