About Book of Inferno
Book of Inferno from Quickspin combines egyptian and book-of themes with a competitive 96.91% RTP and High volatility.
Book of Inferno is a 5x3 slot with 10 fixed paylines from Quickspin, released in February 2023, featuring high volatility and configurable RTP up to 96.65%. Gameplay centers on landing matching symbols from left to right, with high-paying demon characters like the Commander of Hell, Lady of Hell, Lord of Hell, and Anna the Demon Huntress offering payouts for 2+ symbols, while low pays (9-A royals) require 3+. The core mechanic involves random Marked symbols that expand to cover entire reels and pay anywhere if forming wins, active in both base game and free spins; landing a Book (wild/scatter) with a Marked symbol upgrades it to the next higher value on a meter, potentially converting low symbols to highs for amplified expansions. Free spins trigger with 3+ Books (10/15/25 spins plus 2x/20x/200x bet win), selecting one Marked symbol at start, retriggerable similarly. Visual style depicts a hellish underworld with demonic figures, fiery animations, and a grimoire Book, diverging from Egyptian norms into dark fantasy. It stands out by extending the 'Book of' expanding symbol paradigm to the base game via Marked upgrades, adding unpredictability and win potential without overcomplicating the formula.
